Your session includes up to 3 hours of shooting at one location in the Dallas area, unlimited outfit changes, a pre-shoot planning call, a hair and makeup artist, and 50 final edited images. That's exactly why the planning call exists. We map out every shot in advance so nothing is improvised on the day. You'll know what to expect, how to move, and what you're doing in each look. My job is to make sure you don't have to think about any of that in the moment.

Most Dallas, Frisco, and McKinney clients book 6 to 8 weeks out, especially when planning around a launch or rebrand. My calendar fills quickly during Q3 and Q4, so if you have a specific date or event in mind, earlier is always better.

We shoot at one location, and part of our planning process is choosing a spot that makes sense for your brand aesthetic. Whether that's a studio, a coffee shop, your office, or an outdoor setting, the location should feel like a natural extension of your brand.

You'll receive your 50 final edited images within 2 weeks. From there, you'll have everything you need for your website, social media, email headers, pitch decks, LinkedIn profile, digital products, and more. Most clients walk away with 3 to 6 months of content.

Brand photography at Catie Ronquillo Photography starts at $1,200 for The Executive Portrait Session and goes up to the Premium Brand Experience for established founders. Payment plans are available. Pricing reflects full creative direction, planning, hair and makeup, and a curated gallery of professionally edited images.
